Council makes it harder to report repairs

Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online. They decided to make it even harder for all resident across the borough to report anything.  Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 for any problems with communal lights, heating, hot water, communal doors, etc. Please have in mind that on the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.

Repairs are offline AGAIN

Camden Council’s online form for reporting repairs is not working again even after the reassurances of Scot Reid – Head of Property Customer Services and Engagement. Web chat is offline because of the weekend and the telephone switchboard for ALL Camden services is out of reach.

Throwing away bulky rubbish and furniture

If you need to throw away any bulky items (for example mattresses, sofas, chests of drawers) please contact your caretaking manager (Camden Town – Johaan Seesahai 020 7974 6005) before putting the item out so Camden Council can arrange for it to be collected.

Never have a BBQ on your balcony/patio

Never have a BBQ in a small or enclosed space like a balcony/patio, barbecues can easily cause fires and could cause carbon monoxide to build up in you or your neighbours’ flats – carbon monoxide is an odourless gas that can kill in minutes.
