Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online (lights, heating, hot water, etc). They decided to make it difficult for all resident across the borough to report anything so residents give up and stop reporting repairs.
Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 for any problems with communal lights, heating, hot water, communal doors, etc.
Please have in mind that on the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.
