NEWS AND EVENTS
Curnock Street TRA will held its Annual General Meeting as well as the elections for the TRA on the 07th September 2021. The meeting will be held online and in person. More information will be available soon.
Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online. They decided to make it even harder for all resident across the borough to report anything. Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 for any problems with communal lights, heating, hot water, communal doors, etc. Please have in mind that on the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.
Camden Council’s online form for reporting repairs is not working again even after the reassurances of Scot Reid – Head of Property Customer Services and Engagement. Web chat is offline because of the weekend and the telephone switchboard for ALL Camden services is out of reach.
You can now report emergency and essential repairs through webchat. The new repairs webchat is quick and convenient, saving you time when booking a repair.
Find attached for your information and that of residents across your estate a new COVID safety poster about wearing masks. Masks in indoor communal areas
Recently, Veolia are leaving the gates and doors on the estate unlocked. Fortunately, there is an out of hours caretaker’s service which we can call. So if the gates or doors are left open then residents can call the council on 020 7974 4444 and ask for a caretaker to come and lock the gates.
