The heating and the hot water services were not functional since Sunday 26th December 2021. GEM has managed to restore the hot water on the 28/12/2021 and the heating service on Friday 31/12/2021 to all blocks. After another leak on the 02/01/2022 in front of Hickleton the heating service was down for half a day.

Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online. They decided to make it even harder for all resident across the borough to report anything. Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 for any problems with communal lights, heating, hot water, communal doors, etc. Please have in mind that on the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.
