Heating & Hot Water Services
The heating and the hot water services were not functional since Sunday 26th December 2021. GEM has managed to restore the hot water on the 28/12/2021 and the heating service on Friday 31/12/2021 to all blocks. After another leak on the 02/01/2022 in front of Hickleton the heating service was down for half a day.
Delivery & Installation Dates

Curnock Street TRA’s bid for LFB security locks for all 13 communal doors was successful. DMC has approved our bid for approx. £10,500 with 9 votes for and none against. As soon as we have more information about the timeframe of works, we will update...Successful AGM & Elections
The AGM 2021 was successful with good attendance. Elections were completed successfully and residents had the opportunity to raise their concerns with Bronagh Todd.
Council makes it harder to report repairs
Camden Council has informed us that you can no longer report communal repairs online. They decided to make it even harder for all resident across the borough to report anything. Everybody now must call the main switchboard number 0207 794 4444 for any problems with communal lights, heating, hot water, communal doors, etc. Please have in mind that on the leaseholders’ resident account there is NOT a single option for reporting anything.
