We have been informed that we do NOT have any Neighbourhood officer assigned to our estate. Ms Bronagh Todd was allowed to move to another area doing exactly the same job without the council first arrange for her replacement. This means that issues like noise, tenancy issues, ASB, etc will not be addressed unless you manage to speak with another officer.
On the 13-04-2022, Jonathan Windsor informed us that:
Adam Gordon will be helping to cover emergency work until the new NHO is in place. I hope to have an update next week as when this will be. All emergency work will of course be covered in the interim period.
