Today at 18:52 we have been informed by Mr Doug Daldry, Director of GEM Environmental Building Services Ltd, that:
“The essential modifications and repairs have been completed and the hot water services have been reinstated our operatives are on site monitoring temperatures please be aware it will take approximately 3-5 hours for the water to reach optimum working temperatures.”

The Council has commissioned the consultancy Savills to carry out a stock condition survey. They will be carrying out a 100% external survey and 10% internal survey of the Council’s housing stock. Hostels and commercial properties are also being covered.

During the last AGM meeting, the huge majority of residents are concerned about security and ASB. The Curnock Street TRA with the residents’ help have identified some areas which if they fenced or if better lighting is installed, the ASB activities will be reduced considerably.

I want to take the opportunity to thank all of you who spent two hours of your busy schedule in order to attend the Curnock Street TRA’s Annual General Meeting. It was one of the best attended AGMs with more than 30 residents in addition to the Cllrs, Camden Council employees and policemen.

As every year, the Curnock Street TRA will held an Annual General Meeting for all the residents of the estate. During that meeting we will have the TRA elections which needs a quorum of 15 residents to be present. If not, we will not have a TRA and subsequently we will not be represented to the Council.
