New Estate Officer
The new estate officer, Adebayo Banjo, is available on 0207 974 1548 and will be happy to deal with any day to day queries.
No Estate Officer
Ms Adebola Sonola has moved to a new post and she is no longer the estate officer for the estate.
No Hot Water & Heating
The hot water and heating is out of service again. The repairs team will attend at 14:00 to reset the machines.
Hot Water Update
A faulty switch spur caused the hot water system to shut down. The spur has now been replaced and the hot water temperatures are slowly returning to meet the demand.
No hot water again
After the repair works last night the situation did not improve. The water is not even lukewarm but icing cold. GEM engineers are onsite and we are hoping for a permanent fix soon.
