Thank you for your email and please accept my apologies for the hot water outage that you have had to suffer yet again.

Just to confirm that I have been to the boiler house at 6.45 this morning and can confirm to you that a faulty switch spur caused the hw system to shut down. The spur has now been replaced and whereby the 2 x communal heating engineers on site assured me that the hw temperatures are slowly returning to meet the demand from the estate.

They will remain monitoring the service throughout the day.
