Nina Rusowicz, Acting Energy Efficiency and Performance Team Leader, informed us that:
“After a close pre-installation inspection of the pipework within the flats by the contractors, we were advised that unfortunately it will not be physically possible to install the individual test heat meters for the sample of flats to monitor the performance at Curnock Estate. That is due to the specific configuration of the existing pipework and physical constrains for the installation.
We are currently consulting this problem with the a specialist consultants supporting this performance monitoring project and will get back to you with the plan of action once agreed.”
