    • Short let (section 3.16). Lewi Neda’s solicitors confirmed that flats cannot be used for commercial purposes, such as a hotel.
    • Deeds of Covenants (section 3.24) Short-let’s not sign the deeds, which is a breach of the lease. The warning for leaseholders is shown in the Camden Account.
    • HMOs – More people staying in properties than the number specified on the HMOs
    • Unauthorized alterations (section 3.14 ) – Some of those properties have unauthorised alterations which are in breach of the lease
    • Noise nuisance, Fire Risks, lack of Health and safety, etc
    • Fake profiles and names as hosts
    • There has been a compromise on the building insurance, which is for residential purposes only and not for commercial or business use. An investigation is in progress with Arthur J Gallanger.
